General Information
The apartments are in a luxury development in the beautiful mountain resort
of Bansko, built in the traditional for the town architectural style. The
building is situated next to a river Glazne, 15 minutes by walking to the
historical centre of Bansko and 25 minutes to the Gondola ski-track.
Most of the apartments have beautiful mountain views of either Pirin Mountain
or Rila Mountain.
Finishing of the apartments
Entrance Hall: flooring – terra-cotta, ceilings – plaster coating
and latex; painted walls – plaster coating and latex painted.
Bathroom: flooring –terra-cotta; walls – fayans and plaster; ceiling
- plaster; sanitary unit – toilet, sink, mixing tap, mirror, boiler.
Living room/Bedroom/Kitchen: floor – laminated parquet; ceilings –
plaster coating and latex, walls – plaster coating and latex.
Annual Maintenance
Annual maintenance fee of 10 EURO per sq.m. which includes:
- Sanitary hygienic maintenance – two times a week
- 24 hours security
- Mini bus to the lift station and back
- Organizing and managing the payment of all running costs for use of the
public areas and systems (electricity and water supply)
