Location
The village is situated in the Southern part of Bulgaria, close to the border
with Greece. It is located only 6 km away from the biggest ski-centre in
the Balkan Peninsula - the town of BANSKO. It spreads at the foot of the
Pirin mountains in an altitude of 850m, near the cross-point of the three
magnificent mountains - Pirin, Rila and the Rhodopes.
The village is a hospitable and a quiet place for living. Its unique location
matches the intimacy of a cozy countryside together with the gloss of the
modern Bansko ski-resort.
The distance to Sofia is 156 km.
It takes 2:30 h to travel by car with average speed 60 km/h.
There are regular bus lines to all the largest towns in Bulgaria.
The nearest airport is Sofia.

The complex
The complex is situated in a beautiful ski-village, close to one of Bulgaria's
top ski resorts Bansko. The complex consists of apartments, sized 37sq.m.
to 85 sq.m. A thick pine tree forest surrounds the courtyard of the complex.
The whole village and the majestic Pirin Mountains are spreading out in
front of the apartment building. The apartments will
be fully finished as follows: standard floorings; latex painted walls and
ceilings; windows - PVC; doors - MDF material; installations - electrical,
water main and drain systems, TV& internet installation, etc. All the
apartments face the beautiful Pirin Mountain. Each apartment has at least
one terrace, facing south.
The apartments are offered with an annual Maintenance & Security agreement.

Mineral Water Springs, Balneology & Spa
Since ancient times this village is a well-known balneological resort boasting
17 mineral water springs. The temperature of the mineral water varies from
30 to 43 degrees Celsius.
The mineral water possesses healing virtues favorable for disorders such
as pelvis-urological, gastric-intestinal, bilious-liver and disorders affecting
the upper respiratory tract. In addition it alleviates conditions of reumatic
fever, arthritis and dermatological discomforts.
The Public bath with mineral water is at the distance of 300 meters from
the complex. It is situated in a green park area. The bath provides 2 covered
swimming pools for balneological purposes where different procedures and
massages are offered.
A public beach with 2 open-air swimming pools, supplied with mineral water,
is also available near the complex.
Year-Round Mountain Resort.
The ski-zone provides a double-seat ski-lift of about 3 km in length with
1 intermediate station. The ski slopes offer excellent opportunities for
both experienced skiers and beginners.
For the sake of variety, Bansko ski-tracks start only 6 km away.
The village also offers many possibilities for biking, tourist routs, sightseeing,
horse riding, hunting and fishing, etc. The village is a starting point
to some of the most beautiful parts of Pirin National park, a World Heritage
location - like the peak of Bezbog, Samodivski vrah, the Pirin lakes - Popovo
Lake, Kremenski ezera, Saint Nikola waterfalls, etc.
Food & Drinks
The folk-style pubs are pleased to welcome their guests, offering them delicious
meals made out of locally grown organic products. It is well worth sitting
next to the burning fire and enjoying your dinner together with a glass
of unique South-Bulgarian red wine. Most of the pubs offer authentic folk
live music.
Sightseeings.
A narrow-gauge line passes through the neighborhood through unutterably
beautiful mountain sights, through the resorts Bansko, Razlog, Velingrad.
It is recommended as a great experience.
