Location
The complex is situated near Kosharitca Village, right at the foot of Stara Planina Mountain and with stunning sea view. It is only 1.5 km. away from the Bulgarian resort Sunny Beach, famous with the longest sandy beaches on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. The complex is unique with its location, offering an exclusive combination of both mountain and sea climate. It is also within close reach of the antique town of Nessebar, acknowledged by UNESCO as a World's cultural treasure.
The world famous Sunny Beach resort is located some 36 km north from Burgas in the foot of the Balkan range of mountains. It stretches along a large bay from the green foothills of the Balkans to the romantic and picturesque ancient town of Nessebar. Its beach, a seven-kilometers long expanse of fine golden sand, sloping gradually into the warm and safe sea, makes it an ideal resort for families. Accommodation and transport connections are excellent. Sunny Beach is located just off the A-class main road from Burgas to Varna and the International Airport of Burgas is only 35 km away.
Sunny Beach is a bearer of the prestigious international Blue Flag prize awarded annually to beaches and marinas that have met strict criteria, including water quality, good litter management, provision of information, strict dog controls and sustainable environmental management. The Development

The residential complex is situated near Kosharitca Village, right at the foot of Stara Planina Mountain and with stunning sea view. It is only 1,5 km away from the Bulgarian resort Sunny Beach and from the finest sand on the Bulgarian coast.

Maintenance (service) charges for the villa or apartment owners are estimated to be around 6.00 Euros per square meter per annum. Separate maintenance agreements will be signed with all owners upon completion. The charge will cover cleaning, maintenance, electricity and lighting of the communal parts of the buildings, swimming pools and exterior, gardening and landscaping, controlled entry and security.
A Full Rental Management service can also be offered for an extra charge. Details will be announced at completion.
