Location

The complex is situated near Kosharitca Village, right at the foot of Stara Planina Mountain and with stunning sea view. It is only 1.5 km. away from the Bulgarian resort Sunny Beach, famous with the longest sandy beaches on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. The world famous Sunny Beach resort is located some 36 km north from Burgas in the foot of the Balkan range of mountains. It stretches along a large bay from the green foothills of the Balkans to the romantic and picturesque ancient town of Nessebar. Its beach, a seven-kilometers long expanse of fine golden sand, sloping gradually into the warm and safe sea, makes it an ideal resort for families. The charge will cover cleaning, maintenance, electricity and lighting of the communal parts of the buildings, swimming pools and exterior, gardening and landscaping, controlled entry and security.
