The apartments are in a new brick-built building at the Northern Black Sea coast. It is about 1500m away from the beach and 700m away from the village center. The northern Black sea coast is famos with its mild climate (not too hot in the summer). The average annual temperature is 12C. The summer is sunny and hot, and the autumn is wet and hot. The beach line is long with light-coloured sand. The village is 23km northwards from Varna, i.e. from the airport, bus and railway station. It is 2 km away from the famous seaside resort Albena. The seacoast is very picturesque. The village is famous for the mineral springs and very beautiful nature. There are ruins from a Roman fortress at the southern part of the village.
