churches, old-style houses from 18 and 19 centuries. In 1956 Nessebar was
declared an archeological and architectural reserve and in 1983 was included
in UNESCO's list of world's cultural heritage because of its rich historical
colour. Besides the historical monuments, you can also enjoy the busy night-life
and numerous modern seaside entertainments.
The closed complex is a place with strategic advantages, closely located
to the commercial ports and the yacht harbors, very near to the international
airport in Bourgas and to Sunny Beach - the most popular Bulgarian seaside
